Refunds & Returns

At Warmax, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy below to ensure that you understand the guidelines for returning items and requesting a refund.

Return Policy

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the original purchase date.If the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order earlier than the delivery time, and within the time specified by the website for order cancellation, the order can be canceled. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions listed below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be unusedand in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Electronics(such as headphones and tablets) must be in like-new condition, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging included.
  • Items purchased as final sale or clearancecannot be returned or refunded.

If you wish to return an item, please ensure that it meets these criteria. We reserve the right to reject any returns that don’t meet the conditions above.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@warmax-nz.com
  2. within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RMA) if necessary.
  3. Package Your Return
    Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible), including all accessories and documents that came with it. Make sure the product is in unused condition to avoid any restocking fees.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send your return. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain the shipping receipt for your records. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note:

  • If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return altogether.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, we will be happy to assist you. To initiate an exchange, please follow the return procedure outlined above, and when you contact our customer support team, mention that you would like to exchange your product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@warmax-nz.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Please keep all packaging materials, and we may ask for photos of the damaged product to help us expedite the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products purchased on sale or marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Opened or used products that cannot be resold due to health and hygiene regulations (e.g., earbuds, headphones)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@warmax-nz.com
